Blue Cohosh [Glandular]. Also called papoose root or squaw root, this herb is known to women as a mild alternative to black cohosh. It is traditionally used for female glandular support. Each capsule contains 450 mg blue cohosh root (Caulophyllum thalictroides). Take 1 capsule with a meal twice daily.
