We sometimes offer Free Shipping on certain orders.

• Economy ($4) - You order will be shipped using UPS mail innovations which involves a dual effort of UPS and the postal service. Most of the time packages are delivered within a week, but sometimes can take up to 10 business days for delivery. There is no tracking information available using this shipping method. This method is available only on orders weighing less than 1 lb.
• Standard (Please refer to the table below) - Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. It's by far the most popular shipping method, which we highly recommend. Most orders are delivered within 3 business days after shipment, but may take even as little as 1 or 2 days.
• For orders less than $100 - $8.45
• $100 to $199.99 - $12.45
• $200 to $299.99 - $15.45
• $300 to $399.99 - $17.95
• $400 to $499.99 - $19.95
• For orders over $500 - $21.95

If a PO Box address is given then the order is shipped via USPS, which may extend the delivery time. If possible always provide a street address.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If, for any reason, a customer is not 100 percent satisfied with a product, he or she should return of any unused portion of the product within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Shipping must be prepaid on all product returns.
